It’s been a while since last Batch. In that time I decided to leave front-end development and look for back-end role.


CSS has changed a lot may be, just may be we could talk about CSS as awesome and important, more in Rachel Andrew’s post. Personally CSS is my favorite part of front-end development.

Personally and as a human being I do have a humongous problem with tech companies which work against humans in general. Therefore I am happy to see others take the same stand. Also I turned away Google’s recruiter and consider it a career achievement.

Erin at Queerly Autistic wrote a post about finding a cure for Autism and how it is flawed. Please, treat Autistic people with dignity and respect.

On a similar note, a New Zealand group which helps survivors of sexual abuse invite to their panel at their annual meeting. Unfortunately Trans Exclusionary Radical Pseudo-Feminists, more commonly known as TERFs, learned about it and started to abuse the organizers online.

Yesterday was Transgender Day of Remembrance, so, please, treat trans people you meet like any other human being.

One personal reminder: Choose your mental health over your job, not the other way around.
